gone to Africa

Yup I'm heading to South Africa.
I'll be spending the next ten days there. I promise to take a lot of pictures.

I'm worried that I might get robbed, although i doubt it. I'm going on safari before I explore the crime capital of the world. Johannesburg.

After going to south Africa, there are still 3 continents that I have not been to... I look forward to striking those off my list. Although I am not sure if there have tours to the Antartic.

the last couple of days have been packed with so many unexpected things.
I think it talking to ruoting helpme put things in perspective.

I love having the extra time on my hands to brush up on my Japanese and to dive into a good book. To catch up with Fel over cup loads of tea and ice-cream to boot.

I'm over packed, my concerned mother wants me to consider bringing slippers and foldable bags. And then when I ask her for her opinion and her assurance what haversack to bring, she says YOU are the one going on Holiday, not me. haiz.. moms will always be moms..

Mommy I know I grumble.. but I always love you..
